Dear friends,
We wont say we did our best, but we are sure that we tried our best. It's a nice journey, we really loved our responsibilities. As a PR we realized what the companies are expecting from us. In our class none of us seems to have communication problem, that was a great advantage to us. Companies expect us to be good at logical thinking, decent at technical knowledge and some initiatives taken during college life. To be more specific, knowing a particular technology very well will give any one a edge over others. Ex: A gal good at data science before 6th semester can surely get a good internship in 7th semester, than the one who didn't know anything about it. So all of us need to be best at something.

Being a PR, our duty was not just searching for companies and coordinating the internship programs. It's much more than that, we felt we should ensure that all the peer classmates are keeping their momentum high and they have nice enthusiastic circumstance. We think we did that correctly. We strongly decided that there should not be any partiality.
We know all of you might not be satisfied with the companies you have got but we are sure that we can get the dream companies which we want if we are really working sincerely in this 6 months. Yes, many of us will be satisfied with the companies which we got ....but here the jealousy with in us will be raising when one of our close buddy was posting a whatsapp status from his company, at that time we will feel our company doesn't have that good infra. Here we should start working more,... than complaining anyone. To the worst case always get ready for getting fired from a company.
Stipend was not at all a problem, there should not be any discrimination in the name of stipend. If some body behaves so, say them 'Things will change for all and for sure'.
Once you have joined in a company, from there on it's your smartness to handle the issues which are coming from the company. Make use of Internship as an opportunity to increase your contact circle. And we should remember that, if we are doing something wrong in our company then its going to affect our juniors too. So we should handle the issues in a smarter way. 
We felt it will be extremely good if we are starting our work for our placements by the end of 8th semester. We can start the works, we can call up all companies and we can have a detailed well planned schedule for the next few weeks. Truly speaking all of us deserve more but we need to do small work towards it. We should not entirely believe in CUIC.
We do made some mistakes as a PR, we have sent your names and resumes to many companies, from a point we have failed a little bit to maintain your privacy. We believe that could be prevented next time. Final semester internship selection procedure and placements will be tough, so it will be good if all of us are good at something. Domain selection and our work in that domain matters a lot.
We can, We will because we deserve it. All the best friends and rock it. Get the most out of your companies and love your job.

Aiii We | Industrial Visit (IV)

Tips to crack Thorogood | Thorogood Experience

Experience  I did my 6-month internship at Thorogood Associates India Pvt. Ltd, from May 2018 to Nov 2018. It was a brand new experience for me, they are more concerned about the work-life balance. 0% pressure and they have a lot of activities happening around every week.
