Random Thoughts #1


Never act like a leader, be the true one to lead the environment around you.

You have started losing When you didn’t realize,
  • who you are
  • what is your potential
  • what brings you here. 
You are an invertebrate when you are afraid, 
  • To take bold decisions. 
  • To take calculative risks
A good leader won’t fall into either of this, she will know the entire potential of her team and act accordingly to inspire them to greatness. She won’t be giving place for emotional intelligence, rather her decisions will be full of professionalism and for the growth of her colleagues towards the prosper environment.
A good friend will always stand by. The great thing was they will shatter only a few words to keep you in the straight line which separates the moralities.
A selfish friend,... Haha, of course, she will be with you for a long time acting or posing as she will stand for you. When they are into a critical situation in which the entire team got stuck, they won’t even consider the point from the larger perspective. They would have stood with you for a while without expressing much, but they will stand against you in the next hour of the critical incident. By the way, there used to be craven people who won’t express in front of the face, by choice they will blowout their thoughts into their colleagues. A good leader and a good friend will make themself exception in it.
Leader for everyone is different from the leader for management. The leader for management will just create a replication of their role and moreover, they never realize their authorization power to their role. Be a leader for everyone, 
  • Be polite and jovial
  • Never be one-sided
  • Listen to people
  • Share your thoughts and opinions
  • Make your teammates understand
  • Have a healthy conversation
  • If needed, approach the higher authorities and negotiate

    Aiii We | Industrial Visit (IV)

    Eighth-semester bucket list was filled with four important works, Mathrix symposium - This is where the rubber meets the road Freshers day -  Made it, on the same day we had Mathrix workshop Farewell for seniors - Cloned copy available in hand Industrial visit   Almost everyone in the class was involved somehow in one of these activities, planning for the so-called Industrial visit started well ahead of time at Dec’18. Mahesh took the responsibilities in the shoulder, Rukmani and Akshaya stood as long pillars from the girl's side.   Square one   Feb 7, Out of 6 hours of class we canceled the last 3 hours. Most of the day-scholars went back and joined in central, hostellers kicked off their journey to Central from the yellow bus of CEG standing up against the alumni center.     Emotionalism

     A fatty blackish rat weighing almost 150 grams lead the entire crew of rats to a house. It’s not about complaining the society, with the blessing, hard work of many greats we built a society with the correct mixture of care and intelligence. I am not sure whether it should be called the intelligence of society or not.    At midnight, the rat's colony will flock towards the home, they will keep on gnawing the doors so that they can hole it and enter the home to have their dinner. Worried about the way the people are flocking towards the emotionalism, the order of emotional preference goes as anger, loud voice, cry, and sympathy; stirring of emotions leads them to have their food. Especially, the social media channels who are in thirst for getting the audience are adding all their personal emotions.
