Shorthand

Many of us were not so familiar with a study named shorthand, but we may hear it at least on some occasions but that seems not so important for us in any case. In India, it was conducted by the Directorate of Technical examinations board. Basic qualification was +12 pass and the candidate should be above 18 and below 27. You can study this while you do your typewriting. Not so hard, but I am sure that it's not so easy. Have to spend at least two years are more than that. There are few varieties in shorthand but Pitman shorthand was the popular one and has easy steps. Sir Isaac Pitman introduced this system of shorthand over 180 years ago. And even after 180 years, it offers us a job which the degree studies failed to do. To start of with, we were asked about 20 aptitude questions and to write essay. Later 11 of us got selected and proceeded for next round. They almost had their aptitude results ready in 15 minutes.
